Please plan an oral presentation of 10 minutes and least 5 minutes for discussion. Discussion is an essential element of the scientific meeting and makes a conference lively and constructive. Chairpersons will cut presenters off in case of time limit. No use of personal computers will be allowed for presenting. All presentation files must be in .pptx or .pdf format.

When you are preparing your slides, please be sure to include information on financial disclosures in the second slide. Please write “Noting to disclose for this presentation” of any content that is relevant to your presentation regarding direct or indirect economic support or financial interest.

All Authors are asked to upload the file of the presentation into the central system, using the Slide Desk facilities, the day before the presentation. To ensure the smooth running of the presentations, speakers are requested to be in their session room 10 minutes before the start of the session.

Please plan a Flash Talk presentation of 3 minutes with 2 minutes for questions. We recommend avoiding information overload. Two or three slides should be used, to trigger the curiosity of the audience to make them want to visit your poster. No use of personal computers will be allowed.

Posters must have a maximum size of- A0 portrait style (no landscape allowed). Dimensions: max 841 mm wide by 1189 mm tall. Please check the program for your poster number. Your poster location will be identified by that number. Posters will be arranged numerically and organized by topic. Authors are asked to mount the posters at meeting start (on Wednesday morning) and to leave it displayed until the end of the Congress. A list of the poster with reference number will be available on the scientific program.

The Chairmans of the sessions should arrive in the room at least 10 minutes before the session. We will provide the list of speakers and presentations titles. Please have your notes for introductions. Chairmans should moderate the discussion and have a list of potential questions. They must remind the audience that cell phones should be turned off or placed into silent mode. Make sure to keep the schedule of your session. At the end of the session, Chairmans should prompt the audience to visit poster sessions, sponsors’ displays, and keynote talks.
